Warm Wednesdays: Baby Hungry

Surprisingly after all the COOOOLD weather we have been getting, today is WARM! As you can tell 2 of my kids are running around like it's summer ;) I have missed doing my Warm Wednesdays, so today I am especially excited! There are certain things that happen throughout my days that just make me smile, whether it be a saying, an event or just something sweet to look at! Those are the things that make my life sweet & happy, those are the things that simply "warm" my soul :)

Here are the things lately that have been doing just that........................

-The other day I found evidence of my little Sammy-kins being in the bathroom when I saw the toilet tissue had a small chunk bitten out of it :)

-Having mommy-daughter time with my Sweetness while grocery shopping, we were supposed to just pick up a couple items but ended up being there for an hour & a half! :)

-Being out with friends and getting a text from Hubbs saying that Sammy-kins misses me & is pointing out the window calling my name (ok, this may sound sad but it made me feel REALLY loved that he still wants his mommy! he is still my baby :))

-I don't know what is up with me lately, but I have been getting all soft inside whenever I see babies!! Ahhh..........I guess that is what you call being baby hungry?? And it's freaking me out a bit because I seriously seriously thought I was maybe, possibly done having kids. But then after I am gone from the presence of a baby I am fine and there are no more feelings of being "baby hungry", it's only when I am around one???? My head tells me 3 kids is plenty, my heart is up & down!

-A few days ago I finally got my Christmas gift from my bff and loved everything she gave me! Sometimes I wish we could always exchange gifts, it's so much fun!

-My Hubbs woke up late this morning & needed my help getting his lunch ready for work so he woke me up at 4:45am! It was hard at first to get up but once I did I was fine, but it was really nice being able to see him before he left for work and being able to pack his lunch :) It really makes me appreciate and LOVE HIM that much more because I know it's not fun having to wake up at 4am every morning to get ready for work!

-Journaling one line a day. I cannot remember whose blog it was that posted about this, but it's a journaling notebook that you can write one line a day in for 5 years! I thought it was a great and genius idea! I have always been horrible about writing in my journal until I saw this cute little book & ordered it on Amazon here. I still haven't got it but have been keeping my notes on my computer until I get it & transfer it all. I really have liked it so far, and it's crazy how easy it is to forget the small things that may have happened just a couple days ago! My mind only remembers so much, but it is quite lovely being able to look back and re-read memories from the other day :)

-Along with journaling day to day, I am also taking a picture every day too! I read about it on another blog and wanted to do the same thing! I love taking pics, but I just don't get motivated enough to get out the camera to snap pics sometimes! But now this is such a fun motivation just like the journal. I am really excited about this year and all the memories I will be documenting through pictures & writing! :)
